After telephoning Kingston to get this matter speeded up, I spoke to a lady who could not help, telling me staff and been off sick etc. I asked to speak to her manager, who was not available. However, someone rang me back about an hour later, to advise me she had raised an RMA number and had emailed it to me. Today I received confirmation that the replacment memory had been shipped. Hence the matter has now been solved - after a bit of arguing on my part! But I did think 7 working days for an RMA number a bit excessive. -- Dr. David Kirkby, Senior Research Fellow, Department of Medical Physics, University College London, 11-20 Capper St, London, WC1E 6JA.
