eprom m/sec speed, please help (ross cpu)

Dear group,

i need a litle help, for my ss20, i am on the way to burn a new image
2.25r
for my ross cpu but i dont know witch exatly eprom speed i need

i have found the type but i dont know
the speed that the eprom its need its 60, 80, 120, 180, or 200m/sec

the eprom momentary installed on my ss20 its a AMD 27C040
