| Hi, I have an Ultra 2 Enterprise and I want to connect this to my KVM switch. I already have the Raritan box that converts the PC KVM to a compatible Ultra 2 format. The problem is two-folds: 1) I have a wireless microsoft mouse and keyboard. When I set this up with the raritan, the key mappings are completely off on the various non-alphanumberic characters (:[], etc) as well as the SHIFT-number keys as well. Now, before you blame this on Microsoft, I also tried this on a wired non-microsoft keyboard, and the same thing happens. Other than that, it works fine. 2) No matter what settings I set the video to, it always says that the monitor is OUT-OF-SYNC range. This is quite bizzare as I tried this monitor on one of the SUN Video-to-PC video converters and it works. Anybody have any clues to what is going on. Here is the specs of the machine: Ultra 2 Enterprise 2x300Mhz machine with a Creator3D Series 3 (FFB2+) 24-Bit Frame Buffer Keyboard - Microsoft wireless keyboard Mouse - Microsoft optical wireless mouse Thanks, Ram |
