Hi,
I posted earlier this week after I had upgrade the OBP on what I though
was an ordinary SparcEngine AXi, going by the pictures and banner on
startup.
But now it turns out to be a DTK clone of the Ultra AXi motherboard. I
attached a terminal and discovered I'd suffered the same error as everyone
else. Now I need a replacement OBP suitable for this machine. Googling
shows that quite a few people have made this mistake in the past, and DTK
doesn't seem to acknowledge the existence of this board on their website.
Can anyone suggest where I might source a suitable replacement openboot
flash image from, to recover the system? I can't throw it out yet, because
I'm a poor student and it has most of my valuable programs on it.
